Open Sunday to Thursday 12:00 to 03:00 and Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 04:00. Closed only on 24 December. Live games run daily from 18:00; there are also slot machines and the Golden Wave Bar. Admission under 18 is not permitted. Guests need an official ID card or document. The usual dress code is smart casual, and men in shorts with open shoes, or anyone in sportswear or dirty clothes, may be refused entry.

The resort lists four hotels: Quellenhof, Hof, Tower and Palais. Restaurants and bars include Nesso, Sanook, Sven Wassmer Memories, verve by sven, IGNIV by Andreas Caminada, Zollstube and gladys. Spa: Thermal Spa, Tamina Therme and Tamina Health.
