How it works
- Pick a stop. Each of the four hotels has its own page with the casino, the hotel and the address.
- Send a request. Use the request form. It asks for your name, email, phone, the stop and the number of people. Month and starting place are optional.
- Get the confirmation. Dates, departure point and price come by email. Terms of each trip are sent with the confirmation.

What do you sell?
Coach tours, arranged by request. Nothing is sold on this site: there is no payment and no booking engine. You send a request and we answer by email.
Where do the dates and the price come from?
From us, by email, after you send a request. Dates, departure point and price are confirmed in that email. None of them is published here.
What is included in a trip?
Whatever the confirmation email says. Don’t assume anything that isn’t written there. The terms of each trip are sent with the confirmation.
Are you linked to the hotels or the casinos?
No. We don’t operate them, and we don’t say they endorse us. We take hotel and casino facts from their own websites and don’t link to those sites.
Do you sell chips or run games?
No. We don’t sell chips, run games or take bets. Gambling happens in the casino, under that casino’s rules.
What do I need to bring?
A photo ID. Each casino sets which documents it accepts. Casinos check age at the door, and Bad Ragaz lists its accepted documents on its website.
How old do I have to be?
18 or over for all four casinos. See the table below, and the Responsible play page.
How much should I take to play with?
An amount you could lose without it hurting, decided before you leave. Leave the cards you don’t need at home, and don’t go back for more.
