What the request form collects

Name, email address, phone number, the stop you chose, the number of people, a preferred month and a starting place if you fill them in, and your message. We collect them to answer you and to organise the trip you ask about.

Who gets it

We don’t pass it on to anyone for marketing. If you agree to a trip, we may pass the details needed for a booking to the hotel and the coach operator, and only after you agree.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Emails you send to [email protected] are kept as long as we need to deal with them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will deal with it. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
